Getting grounded is about finding ways to firmly anchor yourself in the present. Learning what grounds you is helpful in many situations where you may find yourself becoming overwhelmed or distracted by thoughts and/or feelings. In this course, we will explore what grounding techniques and exercises work best for you. Different strategies work for different people, and there is no “wrong” way to ground yourself. The main aim is to keep your mind and body connected and working together.
