Anger Management for Adults
This 2 day weekend course is designed to help participants develop constructive coping and communication skills to benefit themselves both individually and in their interactions with others. Participants will learn strategies to deal with their anger, or the anger of another person. Participants are asked to monitor their anger notice the changes as they practice techniques used in the workshops.
