As part of this year’s Mental Health Week, CMHA Wood Buffalo has partnered with Movement for Mental Health to offer a fun, creative and interactive Mind/Body Connection practice.
What you can expect in each session:
- The use of movement helps us achieve emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration.
- A safe space that promotes self-awareness, self-esteem, and the expression of feelings.
- A versatile form of therapy founded on the idea that motion and emotion are interconnected.
Session 1 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
