Self-esteem, or lack of it, has significant impacts on our work, personal lives, and relationships with our self and others. Building Women’s Self-Esteem is a four week course designed to help women learn what self-esteem is, identify their current level of self-esteem, improve self-esteem and learn to reach beyond their current comfort zone to accomplish new things.
Videos, worksheets and group discussions play an important role in this workshop.
If you feel the need to re-evaluate and nurture your self-esteem, this program is for you. Many men and women need this support because of common daily stresses such as shift work, isolation and living without families. Why is self-esteem so important? How do we learn to feel that we are competent and lovable? This program helps participants explore and answer these questions themselves.
